New Reporting

Wanted to introduce two brand new reports that you might find interesting. You can watch the video below to see where to find the reports.

1. Online Store and Online Menu referring sites

It's important to understand how customers got to your online store. Did they come from Facebook? Did they come from a Google search? Did they just type your url in their browser? Did they come from Brusters.com? All important information in helping us direct valuable traffic to your store.

2. Avg Ticket By Transaction Type

Online transactions are much more profitable than In-Store transactions. This report simply shows that in a graph format. And acts as a valuable reminder to try and funnel as many customers through your online portal as possible. Include links to your store in all social media posts. In-Store vs Online transactions are not created equal. Push customers online.
