Another highlight to the Online Ordering platform. As of 5/22/2020, loyalty points will now be awarded online. As long as the customer enters a valid cell phone number of course.

Online Ordering Updates - May 18 2020

If you're receiving this email and/or text you are participating in the online ordering platform. I'd like to use this blogging platform to pass on any updates that may be helpful to those using the platform. I receive lots of feedback from all of you and it's hard to update everyone on everything. Let's hope you find it helpful.

A couple of notes from this past week:

We did $16,530 in sales this week with Limerick leading the way followed closely by Audubon.

Our average transaction continues to be well over $20, averaging $23.58. A huge reason why promoting your online store is so important. They simply buy more when they are on their computer or phone.

Recent updates:

1. All flavors sent out via Favorite Flavor will now remain on your store flavor list until you toggle them off. They will not disappear at midnight like they previously did.

2. If you want a particular product to appear at the top of your store page (maybe the Fathers Day Cake???), simply visit advanced settings and right click on the product image. It will ask you if you want to make that product a promotional item. Click Ok.

3. If you're considering selling custom cakes on your store page, please make sure you have the custom cakes linked appropriately. Each custom cake needs it's own product to link to. If you don't have the custom cake item names in your dropdown list, let me know and I can push them to you. The custom cake module has been a big hit with the stores using it. We've currently sold 114 cakes in less than 1 month online.

4. If you want any kind of promotional message to popup on your store webpage, let me know that as well. I've implemented that feature.
